Fresh fish of the day battered and fried golden, served with a colorful cabbage medley, and chipotle-cucumber salsa.
Birria Tacos (3)
Cheesy beef birria marinated over 48 hours and cook slowly. Served on homemade tortillas, served with diced onion and cilantro, with salsa on side and small side of consome.
Carne Asada Tacos (3)
Tender pieces of sirloin steak marinated in citrus juices and Worcestershire sauce. Served with guacamole, pico de gallo, and seasoned grilled onions.
Cheesy Asada Tacos (3)
Tender strips of sirloin steak marinated in citrus juices and Worcestershire sauce, finished with melted jack cheese. Served with guacamole, pico de gallo and salsas.
Cheesy Pastor Taco (3)
Tender pieces of pork marinated overnight with pineapple, dried chiles, garlic and onion. Slowly roasted in trompo. Finished with melted jack chesse and pineapple.
Cheesy Shrimp Tacos (3)
Grilled shrimp scented with coriander, sautéed in butter and white wine with garlic, onions and tomatoes. Finished with melted jack cheese.
Chicken Tinga Tacos (3)
Shredded chicken and onions simmered inthe thick and flavour chipotle sauce. Finished with melted jack cheese, and served with crema Mexicana. Mild in spice, but not in flavor.
Michoacan Tacos (3)
A traditional recipe taken right out of Michoacan, made with flavorful pork. Crispy on the outside, tender on the side, with sides of guacamole and pico de gallo and salsa.
Tacos Al Pastor (3)
Pieces of pork marinated overnight with pineapple, dried chiles, garlic & onion. Slowly roasted in trompo, and served with cilantro & onion. Finished with grilled pineaple and salsa.
Yucatan Pork Tacos (3)
Tender shredded pork marinated in banana leaves, achiote paste, orange juice, and spices. Slowly roasted ande served with pickled red onions, and a side of habanera salsa.
